Riccardo Arnst

Riccardo Arnst is directeur van TMC DynamicsProfessionals. Ook is hij ontwikkelaar geweest van een van de verschillende CRM management games op de Nederlandse markt. Sinds 1998 is hij actief in CRMen dan met name met SAP CRM. Zo heeft hij onder andere de nodige SAP CRM implementaties doorgevoerd, in mobile CRM oplossingen, Call Centre applicaties, CRM Business Intelligence, CRM integratie met Back office en Web Shops. Naast SAP CRM heeft hij sinds 2007onder meer expertise met Microsoft CRM. Ook zit Arnst al sinds 1994 in ICT ERP consultancy.
