I have worked in IT departments since the beginning of my professional career. As a member of Customer Service departments, I have been engaged in multiple IT related projects. Over the years, I have moved from technical oriented functions to more managerial oriented functions. With a background in Economics and Business Administration, I have always tried to build bridges between technical and administrational departments. As Head of Managed Services at GPXS, I understand the importance of people in an organization and the effect of people management on the overall customer satisfaction.
